		<description>I was employed once as a PTA, and I hated it! That was because it was geriatrics!(but that&#039;s another story) But you are right, job growth is good, pay was good, but I did not have any flexibility ( was a small office ) It&#039;s a lot of hands on, and you will need to have patience to work with children! You need to basically teach, show them what they need to do. You will help them do these exercises. You will record all this information. you will tell their parents how to help them at home. You will most likely have basic knowledge of medical ins. (again i worked in small office)</description>
