We are getting ready to move to the area and are having our first child in about five weeks. We hope to find someone who will support our decisions to (1) space out the vaccinations (rather than get several at once), (2) not circumcise if we have a son, (3) breastfeeding, and (4) a more natural way of parenting.
We also hope to find a holistic/alternative medicine family practice that will help the entire family with preventative care. Any suggestions?

I do not know the area but I would suggest going to different pharmacies or health food stores and asking them where they take their children. Also go to an adult doctor and ask their staff where they take their kids. Make a few stops and if the same name comes up, you may have a good choice. Finally, if you make a choice and it is not what you want after a few visits tell them what you are looking for and ask for a referral. Switching doctors is not a big deal and they respect that you have to be comfortable with your choice in doctor so they really don’t care or get offended if you leave.
