Perhaps make the fact you interviewed Dr. Martinez the first thing you say, and then introduce what a pediatrician is. For a title, "An Interview with a Pediatrician" sounds good, or maybe "My Check Up With a Pediatrician" for something a little more creative. Maybe start off with something like What do T. Barry Brazelton, Dr. Benjamin Spock, Lendon Smith and your doctor's name have in common? Then say they're all pediatricians and then go on from there. I would suggest reading any essay out loud to a tape recorder or to someone else so they can listen and tell you how it flows or doesn't flow and what isn't relevant or necessary information.
