Do Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Have To Work In Hospitals Or Can Theny Work In Pediatricians Offices?

Filed in Category Pediatric Hospitals

Nurse practitioners be it pediatric or specialty can work in both hospitals and Dr. offices. NP help doctors out when they aren’t easily available and can do some duties a doctor can do but have to consult a doctor for orders in patient care.

Well depending on what state you are in and what program and at what college you go to you may not have to do an internship at a hospital. You may be able to go directly into an office. I would ask around at some of the Pediatric offices. They can let you know first hand.
