Ibuprofen is the drug of choice for osgood-schlatters. There needs to be some pain medication (either ibuprofen or tylenol) listed in the ingredients on the label in order for it to be effective. This causes pain and the pain needs to be treated until it is better. I am not personally familiar with this product.
