		<description>You can get a two year or a four year degree in nursing.  The best thing to do after you graduate is to work on a general Medical-Surgical unit.  While you may have learned enough in school to pass the state board exam, the experience you gain after a year or two on a Med-Surg unit is invaluable.  Most hospitals will want you to have at least a year of Med-Surg eperience before they will hire you for,  or let you transfer to a specialty area.</description>
