    4 years undergrad
    4 years medical school
    1 year internship
    4 years residency in cardiology
    1-2 years pediatric fellowship
Hard to say since there are several variables: private practice or institutional staff; diagnostic cardiologist or interventional cardiologist, dependent on Medicare and/or MedicAid or private insurance and payments.
Also assuming you don”t mean cardiac surgeon.
