Have you taken him to the local children’s teaching hospital? local Shriner’s hospital, St Jude?
Let us know what city or state your grandson is located and I’ll make some specific hospital recommendations.
You need to get him help now before he suffers liver damage.

Contact your local Children’s Hospital. They should have a pediatric gastointestinal (GI) doctor or know the name of one. Since your grandson is on Medicaid you might also contact your local Depart. of Human Services and find out if they have a list of doctors that accept it.
Listing the state you live in might get you a better response. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
