		<description>It depends on the individual hospital&#039;s floating policies. In our hospital, a pediatric Rn would float to NICU or LDRP, maybe ER if she/he feels comfortable there. But, I suggest that you get trained and comfortable with pediatric ER nursing and have an NRP and PALS certification at all times.</description>
