Salary For A Neonatal/pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist?

I found salary’s for registered and certified, but cant find anything on advancing to Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty. (texas) so i guess my question is if i got all three certifications, what would the starting salary be. (crt, rrt and Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialtist)

    If you work at a children’s hospital, you will probably make more money with the credential. It will also allow you to move from floor to ER to PICU to NicU to transport. Every move up is generally more money.
    Every state and area the salary is different. Talk to your clinical instructor at the hospitals. They will be able to give you more information
