If the incidence of measles in the US population is 1:25,000 and the incidence of autism is 1:150, I think I’d prefer to not have my kid vaccinated. But don’t worry, Big Pharma, the FDA and the CDC tell us that they’re safe! What a comfort….
Polio, yes. The other “big” pediatric life-threatening diseases, yes. But really, what is the push for Hep B, chicken pox, and measles? These diseases CAN be serious, but are rarely that. Let’s consider the incidence and risk/benefit ratio. Please CDC and FDA, work for the KIDS for a change!!!

A principle here: The government, politics, and industry are three things you should never trust with your life. Especially if they’re working together.
So the CDC says mercury, one of the most toxic substances on the earth to anyone with one bit of common sense, poses absolutely no harm and they can keep injecting it into kids… Regardless whether or not it causes autism and other neurological disorders, mercury should NEVER be introduced into the body. Now they’re just keep telling people that until the people have been told enough times they’ll believe it(that’s how a lie goes down, tell it enough times and people will believe it). And this “study” is done by the CDC, FDA, or any other medical organization in conglomerate cooperation with drug makers? Maybe I’ll believe it more if it came from an honest and independent study.
Proof? A child is born normal. A child develops normally, talks and walks. A child gets vaccinated. And child begins to lose his mind to autism. That’s enough evidence from cause and effect to me.
The explosive epidemic in autism is no coincidence. Autistic kids have mercury and aluminum(also a neurotoxin in vaccines) levels in their body extremely over the safe limit for adults even. Where do you get all the aluminum and mercury from? There’s only so many places and vaccines contains both mercury and aluminum. If not mercury, then how about aluminum and all the other poisons and toxins that go into vaccines. When all the mercury and toxins are flushed out of the body by chelation therapy, austistic kids suddenly return to normal. A sulfur-based protein exists in the human body that acts as a natural chelator(gluthatione antioxidant). Testosterone suppresses it, and estrogen enhances it. That could be why boys are much more likely to have autism than girls.
The diseases rates going down are not because of vaccination, it’s been going down over the decades ever since. Now the “public” health officials are just creating an aura of fear and paranoia into coercing people to vaccinate. Those who get sick, are disabled, or die as a result? They get ignored, ridiculed, blamed for something else, or suppressed.
The CDC and FDA will never work for the good of the public, but they can profess to be. Unsafe imported food and things like toothpaste can get by the FDA easily since they check less than 1% of all imports and are closing down many of their labs. FDA and CDC, if it sounds good from a drugmaker and if they’re willing to offer money and gift bribes then by all means it gets approved and mandated for use. The people on the CDC WORK or HAVE WORKED for drugmakers. And you know with industry it’s always a public disaster waiting to happen, just because they want more money and will say and do anything to keep the flow coming in. Gilded Age, they practically own the government.
It’s not about health. It’s about money. And whether you’re allowing someone to use you or your child as a guinea pig and a profitmaker-and potentially cause harm. The majority of people are brainwashed and never give vaccines a second thought. They just bring their kid in for a shot and leave.
I wonder how long it will be until people get their slap-in-the-face wake up call… Until 1 in 10 children have autism or developmental or neurological disorder? What will they blame it on then? Bad air? Bad water? Bad luck? A virus of the brain so drug companies can make a vaccine for autism?
Signs of autism are around at infancy if you know what to look for.
It’s not quite as simple as you’re making it. Prior to the development of the measles vaccine, 5.7 million people died each year from measles. Whether you call that “rare” or not, it was still a lot of dead kids. The fatality rate from measles is 1:1000 in developed countries (much higher in less-developed countries, 1:10; I’m using wikipedia as my source) — again, while not huge, certainly high enough as a fatality rate to cause serious concern.
On the other side of the equation, there is simply no proof one way or the other at this point whether the MMR vacine causes autism. Even if it turns out that it does trigger it in some small number of susceptible kids, it’s by no means clear that it’s harmful for most kids or that it ultimately harms more kids than would have died from measles had they gotten it. Even kids who have not been vaccinated can develop autism, so either the MMR vaccine is not to blame or it is only one of many causes. With all these considerations, I’m not sure you’re right in your assessment of the risk/benefit ratio of the vaccines.
It is easy in this time when this country doesn’t see much incidence of deadly childhood diseases to become concerned about (non-lethal) side-effects of vaccines. Of course we should be concerned about these, and always pressing for improvements to vaccines and the better identification of the small number of kids who might have adverse reactions to them. But go to a third-world country where no one is vaccinated and you might change your risk assessment.
Finally, it’s true that since most kids are immunized in the US there is a degree of “herd immunity” that makes the diseases less prevalent and unimmunized kids more safe. However, I question the morality of free riding off of someone else’s child’s vaccine.
Boys get autism four times more often than girls. Both get vaccinated.
Take off the tin foil hat and get your children vaccinated. No one is out to get you, Big Pharma is not implanting alien spores in your children, and all those studies that find no link between vaccines and autism weren’t faked by the FDA with NASA’s help.
If thats true – how come these vacinations have been around for 40 plus years, where as autism has increased 10 fold in the last 20?

The Amish community, have autistic children. They don’t always get vacinated, but the NEVER watch TV. The rate of autism has only increased a few percentage points (due to correct diagnoses) where as all other children has increased by THOUSANDS a year
While I don’t agree that it’s as simple as you are making it out to be, I do agree that the population is vastly over-vaccinated.
It’s all about politics and money, unfortunately – and our children are little more than guinea pigs.
I don’t believe there is a correlation between the vaccine and autism. Autism is just being more recently understood and studied and the sings of it come about the same time that you have the vaccine.
This site is very mainstream and many people that get their children vaccinated have not done enough research on the side effects and are scared into vaccinating their children. No one on here will believe that all these vaccintations our children receive are causing autism. I personally do believe it is a causing factor. Why, in the last 10 years has autism risen so prevelently? Because the vaccines are changing every year (every year they find out each vaccination has something wrong with and they made our children succeptable to them in the mean time as their guinea pigs) and every year they come out with a new vaccine to be injected. They haven’t perfected the vaccines, they even said so themselves (do your research people!) so why should my son be a guinea pig for the pharmaceutical companies until they “perfect” them? My point, he’s not. I’d rather my son get the chicken pox naturally and be naturally immune than have him injected with the vaccine which contains TONS of toxins other than the virus. No thanks!
Oh and I must say, a few years back they *DID*…hear that people?? They *DID* find a link between vaccinations and autism. They discredited it though and made it very difficult to be heard about, because they want people to get their children vaccinated. Why would they scare people into thinking that? Because then these large pharma companies wouldn’t get the dollars they are looking for and the guinea pigs to inject.
A person made a very strong point on this yesterday and they said the reason the chances are slim now for measles etc is from the vaccinations. You never hear of people dying from them because we have been vaccinating for years, if everyone stopped vaccinating people would eventually start dying from them again.
And Hepatitis does not go away ever. So once you have it you have it for life.
And polio, well I listened to my grandma tell the stories of my uncle and how much pain he went through as a baby and he is only 65 it was not that long ago a vaccine was not available for polio.
People are posting this issue over and over, my kids were immunized and are fine. And the people who choose not to your kids will be fine also because kids like mine have been immunized so they will prevent it from becoming an epidemic again.
well me, my parents ,and theirs have all been vacinated and this hasnt become much of a problem untill recently my son is 5 months so this is a concern for me too but i have kept my ears open and thinking i should do it…especially with so much controversy many are going to opt outbut will our children be safe?

So the heavy metal MUST come from the vaccinations? There’s not a chance that they could come from, I don’t know, TOYS? Or fish? Or other sources that haven’t been discovered yet?
A friend of my MIL begged me to have my children vaccinated for chicken pox, because she didn’t – and her daughter nearly died from complications. I would rather have the vaccination, then risk a complication and know that I could have prevented it – but chose not to.
