		<description>Not sure what the disease  is, but family/psychosocial is always one.  Think about development and reassurance for the 5 month old.  Education to family is always a good one to work with too.

It has guidelines on how to develop the plans for the pediatric patient.  It is also small enough to carry in your pocket when in the clinical setting.</description>
