You can go to any med school. In med school the second two years you rotate through all of the specialties.
Then you complete a residency in either pediatrics or oncology then you do a fellowship in the other.
You don’t learn a specialty in medical school. All physicians, regardless of what they want to specialize in, receive the same education in medical school. When you graduate from medical school you enter residency training, which is where you learn to specialize.
