Im looking for a specialty in medicine that wouldn’t take me that long to complete, would give me a great pay, will be significant in the future, and something that would allow me to spend time for myself and family. I picked a few specialties that i think would be alright. If you can come up with anything better please tell me. The choices i have picked are Radiology, Invasive Cardiology, Noninvasive Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Neurology

Are you kidding? None of those careers you mentioned will take less than 8 years of college and 3-10 years of residency before you can get a job on your own. If you’re serious about medicine, forget the ‘won’t take too long’ part. And the ‘not working weekends or holidays or nights’ part.
anesthesiology, dermatology, radiology, and obstetrics/gynecology are known to be some of the highest paying specialties and have the most flexible schedules. However, it will take a lot of training for any of these specialties as well as any specialty. But once you finish med school and fellowships you can set up your own practice and set your own schedule. Also, dermatologists and ob/gyns probably have some of the lowest malpractice insurance unlike neurologists
Sorry to say this, but I think you’re going to have to go to medical school for all of them.
Neurology is what I’m personally interested in doing, but that’s a long residency, as is cardiology. Both of those are also very demanding careers and will have you in and out of the hospital a lot- at least, that’s what one would think. Radiology is probably your best bet.
I think you should go for ‘neurology’. coz you will never be out of work.
